Scope

This policy applies to visitors and registered users of www.sbos.cloud, and to end users of the 易速博 / SBOS Workplace iOS and Android apps. Business records in your company workspace are administered by that company’s admins. This policy describes account and device information we process as the platform operator.

Information we collect

The types below match the App Store privacy nutrition labels and the in-app PrivacyInfo declaration. We collect them only when you use the related feature, link them to your account, and do not use them for tracking across other companies’ apps.

• Name — account profile and your company directory.
• Email address — account, notices, and company contact.
• Phone number — sign-in, verification codes, and account recovery.
• Precise location — attendance and field features, only when you enable them and grant permission.
• Photos or videos — chat sharing, document capture, and recognition, only when you choose to upload.
• Audio — voice messages and calls, only when you start or join them.
• Device ID — push notifications and call alerts, not advertising.
• Product interaction — operate the app and diagnose issues, not advertising tracking.

How we use information

We use this information only to provide and improve product features: sign-in and account management, messaging and calls, attendance and field work, capture and sharing, push notifications, and business records in your company workspace. We do not use it for advertising, marketing profiles, or sale to third parties.

How we share information

We may share information as needed with: administrators of your company workspace (accounts and business records); cloud infrastructure providers that host the product and deliver push notifications; and authorities when required by law. We do not share identifiers with ad networks and we do not use IDFA for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Account information is kept while your company workspace is active. You can request deletion of your personal account in the mobile app under Me → Personal info → Delete account. Company admins can disable or remove workspace users under their organization policy. After deletion, we retain backups only as required by law, then stop using them to provide the service.

Device permissions (mobile apps)

The app may ask for: precise location (attendance and field check-in), camera and photos (capture, sharing, and recognition), microphone (voice messages and calls), and notifications (messages and call alerts). You can turn permissions off in system settings; the related feature will stop working, and the rest of the app will not.

Website data

www.sbos.cloud may use necessary cookies and website analytics (Microsoft Clarity) to understand page use and improve the site. That analytics is for this website only and is not used to show you cross-site ads. After you sign in, we also process registration, trial, and enterprise inquiry information you submit.

Children

This product is for business users and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe we have collected it by mistake, contact us using the details below and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will also notify you on the website or in the app.
